Pam Shaw moved to Queenstown in 2006 from Christchurch as a Mortgage Loan Advisor. She was chatting to a friend about what she perceived as horrible meat and was 'challenged' to open a Butcher shop. She gave it a go, and has since passed the flame on. Now nursing at Lakes Hospital, Pam says she has a great wealth of advise on what NOT to do in business!
